• FORM180 is a mentoring intervention project which actively seeks to inspire young people in the education system. We help them to build their skills and develop their character so that they can realise their potential, raise their aspirations, achieve their personal goals and turn their lives around.

  • 'FORM', which is a word used to describe 'a class or year in secondary schools' is also an abbreviation, which stands for 'Federation Of Role Models'.

  • The number 180 represents doing a 180° turnaround from a negative direction of life to a positive direction.

  • Our mentoring project is mobile and based within the borough of Sandwell in the Black Country, which is located in the West Midlands.

  • On 25th August 2018 FORM180 officially became a UK registered CIC (Community Interest Company).

"Our vision is to see as many young lives as possible turned around and completely changed for the better through world class, high quality mentoring interventions."
